一汽启明公司成立于2000年10月25日，其前身是中国第一汽车集团公司电子计算处.2004年正式改制，更名为长春一汽启明信息技术股份有限公司。公司为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、国家规划布局内重点软件企业、中国软件产业最大规模前30家企业、全国信息产业系统先进集体、吉林省IT龙头企业。2003年实现销售收入3亿元，2004年实现销售收入5亿元,现有员工801人。其中：博士12人，硕士65人。

FAW Qiming Company was found in 2000. It originated from FAW Electronic Calculating Department. The Sales turnover of Qiming in 2003 was 300 million RMB with a gradual growth to 500 million RMB and 650 million RMB in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
